Welcome back (better late than never, right?)

And good luck with the physio. I had it on and off for about six years when I was growing up. You get used to it

naaaa, more or less a joke. I'm not riding any of the horses any time soon and have written off this ski season. mostly. but if it is a long spring season, I may not be responsible for my actions!

you are a better person than me! if I'm going to be in agony, stoned is the way to go!!! dulls the memory if nothing else

Hmm, either she should get new glue or you should stop breaking yourself...

Glad to hear everything went well. My mom's had both of her knees replaced - it's not fun and the recovery/PT takes a while, but it's so worth it in the long run. Welcome back!

Welcome back again!! Take it easy and relax, all the fun stuff to do will still be there, and you'll be better able to do it if you let yourself heal properly!!

Don't do it, I broke my arm twice in the space of 2 months by playing hockey with the assumption that if I could lace my skates it must be ok to play hockey with. My parents, for some reason, could not follow my logic.

the climbing of the mountain is ok, it is the falling that tends to do the damage. Of course, tell that to your fingers and arms during the climb

It's only tacky if you let it partially dry out, until then it is pretty slippery. At least I assume it would be

Nope! Only if you stick a pole in the middle of the jello! Heal up quickly, sweet kitten! Save the squats for at least 3 weeks away, k? 3 x 5 I mean.
