For what's it worth, it's not a whole better on the B&N ereader forums. A lot of people are having "freezing" problems now, if they enter a comment about it someone throws a shoe at them "because of the frequency of comments". !!!

Customer service is not keeping up with demand, delays on the phone of 1-2 hours is not uncommon, if you can get past the automated menus and such. I am so disappointed, because I really wanted one of these! I'm not going to put up with the beta program they've got.

Honestly, I love nook, I've never seen a Kindle (or any other ereader) so my opinion is not the most experienced. But it's about to be a month, & this is the only inconvenience I've experienced. & its not necessarily the nook, but the way ebook files were titled, instead of using unique identifiers like ISBN (maybe eISBN?? lol).

There's an excess demand & a shortage on supply for Customer Service. Luckily I found a temporary way to go around it, but I'd be really disappointed if the issue is not resolved within a week.......

Just letting anyone who's reading this know that I've not yet resolved my issue.

It's been exactly one week, & the long hours on hold are unbelievable.

I've sent an e-mail explaining my problem, hopefully I get an answer & most importantly, a solution, before the end of January
