Which Sony Reader do you have?

Have you contacted Sony? If not maybe an email to support?

Maybe someone else can either confirm or deny?

Oops, sorry I guess you already said that (book title).

Title Morgan's Run
Author Colleen McCullough

ANYONE ELSE PURCHASE THIS?

No I haven't tried to contact Sony. The Reader is the PRS-600.
It's very frustrating, especially wen everything seems to have been working so easily. This one book just refuses to open up on the reader.

I would definitely contact Sony and see what they say. In the mean time maybe someone here will see this and let us know if they have the same problem.

Just to let you know, I went to BOB and downloaded the book quite easily to the Reader.

To be honest, I just couldn't face the hassle with getting in touch with Sony about the problem. I figure there is really no way to prove that the book couldn't be downloaded to my Reader. It ended up costing an extra $6.50 Canadian, but in the end it was worth it.

There doesn't seem to be any evidence of this problem happening to anyone else or to me for that matter. All the other downloads both before and after the problem have been quick and easy.

Thanks for your help.

Glad you got the book. Still very weird. I'd still shoot an email off to them and tell them you had to buy it elsewhere and maybe they will credit your account.
