I have kept track since around 1980. I usually read around 100 books a year. I could probably read a lot more if I did not watch so many TV series...

I'm in the "no idea" camp, and not feeling especially guilty about it, lol. I have an account at Librarything but I use it in a completely disorganized way, sometimes registering books I read years ago, and sometimes forgetting to register books I'm reading now. So, no idea, and not planning to get any better

All I can say is wow! You should join the 100+ Book Challenge on GoodReads, I think there's only one or two people on there that get to that level.

Since I picked up my ereader Jan 16th I've read 82 books with one left to tally in a day or two. My unofficial goal was 5 books a month. November and December have seen the pace drop down to 4 books each month.

Admittedly the tally does include 73 novels, 2 novellas and 7 short stories. I actually started a tally last January using Google docs to track my ebooks for the year. I sort of wanted to justify to myself the expense of purchasing an ereader. It worked because last year I think I read maybe 15 (paper) books.

I tag in Delicious. I have a button on my browser, I just find the book on Fictionwise, hit the tag button and fill in any tags or identifiers. It adds the date automatically.

About 30 ebooks (novels only), and around 70 real books (roughly half of them novels). No idea how many journal articles and other kinds of reading, but I'd say they take up the bulk of my reading time.

I'd have read more ebooks, but it is quite a hassle to download and convert to readable pdf, and even then it usually requires a read-through in order to proofread/edit...that discourages me quite a bit when I can just view a nice finished paper book instead.
