I don't see an e-book edition of that one, either. Two of the Vlad books are available from Baen (in the Vlad Tapes omnibus):

However, it only includes An Old Friend of the Family and Thorn. On the plus side, those were both very good books, if you don't mind Vlad in a contemporary setting.
