Is this pointing towards an issue with large scale E-Ink manufacture then ?

Thats what Im thinking. None of the new generation eink devices are showing up.

eink is not in shortage...I think that much can be established from all we've heard so far. The delays are caused by Sofware and publishing/legal issues.
