Its not calibre that's corrupted, its your windows. Unfortunately the only way I know of to fix windows is a re-install. Or you could try Nuls r us

I went to nulls R Us and fixed the problem. Calibre now runs. For those without a nulls R Us nearby, you can go here and follow the simple directions to reinstall the null driver.
