Is it that simple - sometimes you wiull want the <PRE> tag to be honored I would think?

I guess a conversion option along the lines of "treat text inside <PRE> tag as if it was .txt file" might work. However then you might to set some of the .txt conversion options as well?

yeah the messiness is why I haven't implemented the "reflow pre" tags option as yet.
