The one thing that I'd add is that the lack of a card slot on the 300 shouldn't be a drawback for most people - even with the 505, which has less internal memory than the 200, most people don't use the additional storage it allows.

(Personally, I have used it for reflashing, but that doesn't look like it's going to be possible on the later models even where there is a slot available, so that's no reason to rule it out either, while the smaller screen may come in more useful if mainly being used while out & about.)
