The recipe created by evanmaastrigt is not from an RSS Feed, but picks up all the articles from the SI Vault Page listing all the articles from the current edition of the print magazine. I get the print edition and it looks like all that is missing are the photos.

What do you mean by "depends on the location of a certain image"? Should I use this recipe or the prior one? By the way, the front page image is still not changed. I wonder if someone at SI simply forgot to make the change this week.

Well, the whole recipe is based on the structure of their site as it is now. It looks for certain elements with certain CSS classes. If they ever redesign their site the recipe will break. But the workaround looks for an image that is located at 'http://i.cdn.turner.com/sivault/.element/img/1.0/btn_next_v2.jpg'. Now if this is there, and is part of a link, it uses this link as the index. If SI chooses to use another image, which can easily happen -note the 'v2' in the filename-, the workaround will not work any more, and the outdated index will be used

Maybe someone should tell them that this can be automated as we, you know, sort of live in the in the twenty first century ;-)

Thanks. All these months I've been reading something that isn't really Sports Illustrated magazine!
