Kicked out of book when turning page - Page 2

It`s chuffin annoying isn`t it?

When it happened I was on a ferry to Northern Ireland so I just did a page search to a page after the page I couldn`t read and carried on thinking I could manage without reading a page (I have read the book before but it was many years ago) but when it happened a bit later in the book on the same trip I was a bit dischuffed.

We do not know that. But we do not know that it is broken either. It is in many cases not even possible to know if it is broken since a formal specification of the format is either secret or more probably do not exist.

My point was that you cannot use an implementation and how a file works in that implementation to say if the file is a correct file or not.
