Of the four people we had around here yesterday arvo, two of them are chocolatiers. They're actually the owners of the previously-mentioned llama-relative, Diesel. Anyway, they bought some of their chocolates with them and...OMG! These are the best chocolates I've had since visiting the Swiss Chocolatier in Launceston. The one with the chilli ganache...explosive!
