I think the problem here is that there is a huge difference between "best books" and "enjoyable books."
Many on the list of probably what are "best books" were forced on me in school. I'd agree they are best ... but I sure as heck really don't want to read them now that I'm a Free Will adult. Now Harry Potter as an enjoyable book? Heck Yes!!!!!!!

I second 'abookreader' & 'Victoria' s opinions. I love to read. Some of my choices are considered 'trash' others are the 'classics' that I missed (in school).
