Sounds like you need to look around for info from these guys about straining your pdf files thru Calibre, or some other process, to reformat your files to fit your screen.

I don't know nothin' about it cuz I don't even have a device yet, but I've just about read every thread in here and seem to recall numerous mentions of manipulating the files to get changed font sizes and trim pages to fit better. On the other hand, I may have it all wrong. But welcome, anyway (sez the guy who's been here about 3 days, himself) |

				Got a jacket

Thanks to everyone who suggested MEdge for PRS-300 accessories. They recently came out with a line for the Sony Pocket, and I purchased a Latitude Jacket for my unit.

				Bookarmor case for the 300

Th folks at bookarmor have released a smaller version of their case for the 300. The first one they sent out had almost an inch of extra room around the unit. This one has about 1/4" extra space around the unit. But the unit is held in very securely. Plus the thing feels bulletproof, so I'm not concerned about my reader getting broken.

			Hi,

I've found it reads pretty well for PDFs with just text (it can do reflow). Sometimes there are some strange line or page breaks, but those were PDFs that had images or other formatting in them. Most of the simple PDFs I've looked at have read well. Quote:

				MEdge jacket

I've been using my MEdge cover on the Sony 300 for about a week now, and I really like it. I got the nylon Latitude cover in lime green and it seems to be just right. A lightweight snug fit so it doesn't take up more room in my purse, light padding, and a double zip for convenience and access. The cover folds back for reading so I don't have to take it out of its case each time, a major plus.

I'm happy with it and may buy the coordinating MEdge booklight when they add one for this size model. Darlene |
