Now that it has been confirmed that ePub & PDF have DRM via ADE, does the EZ Reader have a proper clock so it can be used to borrow eBooks from the library (Overdrive)?

Clock or no clock, it seems a moot issue.

I borrow ADE books from the library and read them on my EZ-reader with no problems. Some here have said that it would not work, however it does..

A clock patch was previously required for MOBI library ebooks, but if mobile ADE is checking at all it is only checking the expiration date. Since there is no running clock, the date on the EZ Readers is probably always January 1970 (epoch of Unix time) and so ebooks never expire.

I downloaded an Overdrive audiobook from the library and had no problems transferring it to my new Pocket Pro and listening to it. As for whether there is a clock, and the file will expire when it is supposed to, I do not know.
