Post it here, and let us know if you have ANY side effect. Did you get sick within a couple of days? Was your arm sore? Did you turn into a drone because of what was put into it? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'll start.

Because of his underlying condition, husband and I got our regular flu shots today at the doc's office. Not the H1N1, that won't be released until October.

Two hours passed, I've grown no tail, a third eye, or gotten nauseous..........yet. Will update daily.

By the way, I've been told that the H1N1 shot looks to be more effective if you have already had the seasonal shot. So that's why I didn't want to wait until October when my company would be handing out vouchers for free flu shots.

Okay, three people so far have answered the question, had their shots and no ill side effect.

I'm still looking for tails or third eyes......but thats just me.

I've had the flu shot every year for the last seven. First year I experienced mild flu like symptoms for a couple of days, nothing since.

Oh! - I do have a tail! - but that's been there ever since I can remember

I get vaccinated every year. The version with swine flu inoculation isn't available yet, but I'll be getting it as soon as I can. Don't want none of that Porky the Pig Syndrome, even if it does prove to be milder than feared.

I never get the shot and I never get sick.
I know I will not get sick unless I get the shot so I dont.

It works for me.
