I've had my 300 for a week+ now. Love the 505, love the 300. The 300 fits in my front jeans pocket with no problem. So, being a guy, it's easier to carry around. And the screen is a bit sharper, with slightly better contrast, that the 505. Although both are excellent screens, noticeably better than the 600's when I compared them.

I hope you use protective case. Carrying ereaders in pockets without at least some protection is accident just waiting to happen...

You must where big baggy pants huh. I admit the 300 is small but front pocket small? I can fit it in my back pocket, and if I could squeeze it in my front pocket I think it would make walking a bit of work.
