Although nobody intended it, the eye strain caused by reading on CRT/LCD screens has probably done more to disparage e-reading than any other thing. When I tried the PRS-505 the e-ink screen made a world of difference. Hopefully we'll get a display technology soon that will merge the benefits of both technologies - the vastly lower eye strain of e-ink with the flexibility of CRT/LCD.
