Ok I think i'm starting to understand this.
One question (for now anyway), is it possible to flash my smartq 7 to only run CE. Or do I have to do the duel boot thing all the time. |

As of yet I don't think anybody has made a flashable firmware file for WinCE so it's still multi-boot only for now. I believe houndx was trying to find a way to make it auto choose WinCE as a compromise, but I haven't heard that he succeeded yet.

I'm sorry to jump in here - but I'm getting really confused about how to prepare and set up the SD card for Wince - this would be for the smartq 5.
I understand I need the image files, a licence file on a FAT32 card. So can someone explain the SDupdate program? How is it used? Also can wince be installed along with Ver 5 of the linux os? Last edited by castalla; 12-13-2009 at 05:06 PM. |

Links seems to be dead, could some one re-upload this?
Edit: not needed anymore, there's an English CE available for the SmartQ V5 Last edited by ChineseGadgets; 01-14-2010 at 06:38 PM. |
