Nice try.

Hey, speaking of karma (we were speaking of that, weren't we?), I'm giving Sweetpea some for persisting in the face of overwhelming odds

On another note, hey Sweetpea, what about Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds??

Never mind. I clicked on the link in your message and got to the website. Wow--30 years!! That was one of my faves when it came out. It's nice they let those guys out of the home to perform again.

Ach, Kipt'n, I canno give you any more power for the engines, the karma is drainin' the warp core....

OK, gotta ask... in my motofora - motorcycles and TDI VWs - you get a royal drubbing if you bring up topics beaten to death for the past 12 years. Usually this involves discussions on oil.

What are the "get instant royal drubbing" topics here? Im suspecting discussions on eInk displays, since every eReader out there is using exactly the same one. (Though on my list, its the discussions of "power off" vs. "sleep mode", but Im guessing not everyone knows how to access the user manual pre-installed on the Kindles.)

<ducking>

Depends on where you do the bringing up. In the Lounge there is no such thing as a dead horse. You can flog anything you like, the deader the better. Geeze ... we're still going over the old Monty Python routines in there.

If it's in News and Commentary and it's a zillion years old, then you will be soundly thrashed.
