Were you getting overnight delivery?

Normal delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days, so even with that you should have it by the weekend.

But I know . . . the waiting is horrible.

Ohh, you must love living in a smaller country! If I order something before 4 and it is delivered by normal mail, I'll get it the next working day. If I order it after 4, I'll get it the working day after the next working day...

When i bought my BLUE from b&h it took "only" three days. Sometimes orders within germany take longer.

We have three major shipping options, DHL, UPS and Royal TNT Post (our national postal company). The first two are generally slow unless you pay extra (mostly used for international shipping), the third is fast and generally cheap.

Some shops offer free shipping charges, depending a bit on the size. But you never pay extra for next day delivery, it's part of TNT's standard service. You only pay extra for the same day delivery. I know that can be a bit more daunting in a country like the US but is usually no problem here.

Let's see, I payed €0 for that new computer bag (I need to figure out who mentioned those Weber bags, that person deserves some karma!), €6 for that Kodak digital camera and €3 (or so) for that toilet golf game... All three were delivered at the same time, one by TNT (the free one), one by UPS (the €6 one) and the third I don't know.

but alas none close to me... or close enough that I wish to drive to... but..
I did sleep in Holiday Inn Express and awoke to find my Blue 505 only 200 miles away.. come on Memphis.. come to daddy... LOL...
