I like Calibre quite a bit and have downloaded/converted some with calibre. It was effortless.
I have also played around with the rtf format...actually have used that format for probably well over 10 years or more.

Thanks to all the well wishers, etc.
Much appreciated,
Kai
All I have done is downloaded books to read. It will take me more then a couple hours to figure all that ther stuff out.

Ahhh! So do I. That was my expectations after buying my reader. For some reason I spend more time on Mobileread reading about reading than reading itself.

I can't use my computers online. Our "network police" are unfortunately quite competent and diligent lol.
I do not particular care too much about its' capacity. I actually find it a bit of a distraction when I saw the 20 or so books I loaded onto it. I keep all my downloaded books on my computer and have 6 books on the reader. I then transfer when needed or feel like it.
I prefer the size of the reader compared to dragging around a large hardcover book...though in some ways it feels a bit odd to use the reader compared to the feeling of holding an actual book in your hands. I suspect as time goes on I will become more used to it and it will feel more normal.
