Surely you're not suggesting that we Brits have a poor cuisine!

It reminds me of the definition of a perfect restaurant:

French cooking, German efficiency and waiters with the British sense of humour.

Unfortunately, I tend to end up in ones with British cuisine, French efficiency and waiters with a German sense of humour

Unfortunately there must be a restaurant conspiracy or something like that because the majority of restaurants worldwide seems to match that description.

The Downunderverse thread just has a constant repetition of "Bugger", "No worries", "G'day", "'Owryagoin?", "Avagoodweegen" and "Crikey!Willyeravaloogatthiswun!"

...and pavlova (the dessert, not the ballerina, ya poofta!)

Cheers and beers, ya bastards!
Marc (or "Marc-o"...and what's with the "c", ya poof?)

You know, browsing that thread proves I can read German still... Talking it is a pain though (don't even mention writing it! All those gender confusion, capital letters in the middle of sentences, etc!)
