I've been able to run it successfully. I just copied the executable onto my reader in the folder where all my ePub books were and ran it with the -R switch. It helped immensely when accessing the table of contents. In fact I had one book on there with a rather large TOC (over 100 entries) that would crash my reader every time I tried to access the TOC. After running ePub_TOC_enhancer the book works perfectly.
