Okay, I've been trying some other files with Calibre. I tried a few PDFs this time.

I tried converting these PDFs both to EPUB and LRF, and in both cases, the paragraph formatting does not show up on my ereader. For example, if the original paragraphs are separated by a one-line space or indentation, it shows up like this on my ereader:

Test test test.
Test test test.

What is strange, the indentation sometimes shows up on my computer when I view it through an ebook previewer, but it still does not show up on my device. This is a big pain because the PDFs don't look good on my ereader as is, so I need to convert them. Converting them to LRF or EPUB would be good if it were not for this paragraph issue. My only other option is to convert them to RTF, but I've been having problems with this.

pdf output has been improved in .6 (beta in few weeks). It doesn't preserve indents at this point, as pdftohtml doesn't preserve them, but the paragraphs should be properly separated.

Code:
.foo { text-indent: 2em }
If there is no class, you can try affecting all divs, but that may do too much indenting (it may be worth a try, though):

Code:
div {text-indent: 2em }
I had a similar issue (although when converting mobi to mobi), and i tried adding div {text-indent: 2em } and p {text-indent: 2em } in the css override, but there was still no indentation, however, when I used the remove spaces between paragraphs option, the issue was resolved. any ideas why the css override did not take? (i am using v0.6.7)
