I also got the freezing problem.
Ik changed the font to Goudita, cancelled Auto-off.
I did that yesterday. I'll keep you updated if it helps.

Drat! Just got another freeze!
I have followed all the points mentioned above. (Auto-off, fonts, Mobipocket etc.) and still in the middle of reading a book (in this case, nearly at het end) it froze again. I guess I have to format all the books and try again. Maybie that will help.

Silly reader! One must take the Cybook Gen3 *OUT* of the freezer! (They don't do well in sub-zero temps!)

Just take the habit to make bookmarks from time to time, so when you restart you can at least be not too far from your last page !
I do it myself, and, as it's not the better, it do the trick !
