And Pepe is also black and white just like a penguin, so this is actually very good. If it resembled, say Mr. Potato head, that might be a problem.

I really can't say at this point. I haven't found psam hiding in the fridge yet or on the top of a canopy bed, so I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Aha! That is actually a scruffy mane-type thing... I needed some hair for my penguin, so I googled penguins with hair and found the other penguin that inspired my efforts!

Kaz is quite right, of course... and sometimes I do refrain from that last question. For example, in the case of this particular, uh, masterpiece, my worst fear and dread would be that the answer is "yes, my mom did it!" I must admit, it does give me a giggle (while simultaneously scaring the poop out of me) when a parent actually does the homework... and it is all wrong....

Yes, the results are a bit disastrous. Strangely enough, the sock shape and the penguin shape just are not as complimentary as you might think... and my own unsteady hand doesn't help matters. BUT there IS a psock under there! So I'm joining in! YAAAY ME!

If you look closely enough, and know your penguins, you will see that I am actually a combination of two different types of penguins, cleverly disguised. Bonus points if you can name them both!

This one's cuter, I think.... At least no more hairball above the head (which, btw, represented -badly- the Adelaide penguin, becuase I couldn't figure out how else to get rid of the yellow hair so unbecoming a penguin outside of Surf's Up!)

I'm no ravenne, but I think I might be graduating from "lowly" picasso status (nothing against Picasso... I just like realistic images a tiny bit better)

Looks good, but I'm a bit concerned with the red eyes. Perhaps a bit too much fish whiskey?
