They haven't responded to me either (they haven't ever seemed to respond to email, but at least eventually did if you used the form on the web site). I'm still waiting for an explanation of why my 5% early rebate didn't post from last week.

I know they read this forum --- please get someone to check into this backlog of customer correspondence!

I got the 15% wishlist discount myself. Good thing about it though is that it didn't have any strings attached. So unlike their micropay rebates, which require you to pay via paypal or credit card to get them. I was actually able to use the 15% discount AND use the micropay dollars I already had. (Usually if you use your micropay dollars, you don't get the micropay rebate shown on the site.)

Hi, did you check the 15% was correct; over and above the normal discounts ?

They're owned by new people now, even if the "old" ones are still around (as I heard they are). Priorities change, sometimes.....but I hope not with Fictionwise.
