I generally press the button just as I'm about to finish reading the page. The refresh on the K2 isn't long enough for me to justify clicking it way in advance.

I hit it while on the last line, by the time it changes, I'm done.

I always press the next page button before I'm finished. Most of the time I read the last word or two as white on black because of the refresh.

It didn't take long after I started reading with the Kindle before I instinctively started hitting the button at the right time to have the new page pop up right when I was ready for it. This is why the huge Topaz book I read a couple months back bugged me so much. It was slower AND it was inconsistent. If it had just been slower, I could've adjusted, but no.
