The chain went quite well, until we hit a run of gmail.com addresses. It seems that gmail is silently discarding any email from the webscription.net domain. :-(

Perhaps those who signed up with gmail addresses should go check their SPAM folders (I am now in case I'm the snag).

The three people in question did check spam traps I'm told, with no success.

That's a shame. I generally use the gmail account just because their spam traps/filters are so much looser than others. Many legit businesses can't send to my work address due to what is apparently complete bans (Borders Bookstore, for example) at GoDaddy run domains, while many others are marked as spam (yet the occasional completely obscene one slips thru, so some no doubt think they are not restrictive enough).

Unfortunately, that probably means no one using gmail can buy from Baen until they clear up whatever complaint gmail (and possibly other spam detection services/servers) has with their email server.
