I haven't had any issues with ghosting or lack of contrast, but I've read at least a few reports of it. My thought is faulty hardware, or perhaps the hardware is being produced in multiple factories with slight differences between the productions.

I have no issues, but I am a computer programmer by trade so I am used to staring at screens. I think the eyes get used to focusing on close items (probably a bad thing)
