True, but it depends at what point in the process the user "logs in". On many sites, that only happens during the checkout process.

The rules for VAT are that you pay the VAT rate that prevails in the SELLER'S country - unless the seller is registered for VAT in YOUR country (in which case you pay your VAT rate). That's generally only the case for large multi-national companies.

Another reason why it would be good for WHSmith to show the prices VAT inclusive...
Oh, and from what I can see, they only seem to do this for Ebooks. Their DVDs, CDs and games all come with a VAT inclusive price!
