Well, my wife had to tell me off for reading on the way to go to bed.

We only have interventions for those who have an ebook device but DON'T use it whenever they have a spare moment.

Actually we do interventions. But the problem is, we arrive at the junkie's, er, eBook enthusiast's house and start to intervene but pretty soon someone asks what the person needing help has been reading. That leads to discussions about that particular author. then we start lending each other books and, pretty soon, we're all sitting around reading. Shoot

Talking about taking your reader everywhere you go, I have a question.
Would you recommend a case for the reader? Or is the one that is shipped with it suitable?

Cheers.

I'm pretty happy with my stock case. I keep my reader in my purse. Depends on what you are thinking about carrying it in.

I've got both the MEdge Executive and Leisure covers. The Leisure cover, although not waterproof, is water resistant with a zip up cover and a clear plastic front through which you can see the screen. Very useful for the beach, pool, gym and on a boat. Also, you can place the reader in screen first which offers a bit more protection when you're traveling.

The thought of being readerless for 2 commutes *shudder*. Even though my 20 min walk (10 there 10 back) meant I missed one of my trains and ended up being home a good 50 mins later than I should have been.
At least you had your reader with you, while you waited for that later 2nd train! And we're glad you have your priorities straight.

I agree, it depends on what you're doing with it. I've had mine in the stock (original) cover for a year and a half, and carried it around in my purse with me with no problems. However, when I'm flying or in other situations where it's more likely to get banged around, I have a Book Armor case to tuck it into for extra protection.

It was either walk back to the office. Or not have my readers for 2 1.5hour commutes not to mention my half hour or so in bed before sleep...

Unthinkable.

The two times I've left my reader home by accident I was near-panic at lunch. Must...read.
