Kindle 1 - Charge via USB? - Page 2

It pretty much charges all the small gadgets I need to bring(about 6-7) when i travel. Beside I really don't have much use for the USB port on the kindle, it's just much more convenient to transfer via whispernet. So I'm good for now.

yes, dealextreme is definitely one of the cheapest place on the internet, and they offer free shipping(slow though, expect about 2 weeks since it's located in HK).
Just to clarify, it won't work with K1 unless it's modified like mine. I'm pretty sure it works with K2 though.
