I wrote to them in English. I also took a couple of close-up digital images of the broken door and included the jpegs into my email. And I included my physical mail address so they could just send it right out.

I just described the problem and said that I had gotten the Cybook replaced a couple of moths ago. They just asked me about my address and sent the cover.

Good, I did the same and included already my address. I try to wait to the end of this week, then I will send some more e-mails (perhaps call them, but my french is a bit rusty). Of course, I forgot to take and send some photos - perhaps it was the initial shock about the broken cover
