Funny you should mention that book. I just bought the hard cover from Amazon. Right now I am re-reading "The Intelligent Investor", also excellent. Hope you enjoy it!

I bought the 6th edition hard copy and found they have ebook available, so I returned it.

The "Intelligent Investor" is also great classic. The one with Jason's commentary is so easy to read with the up-to-date examples.

Two versions of Security Analysis is available. I got the one with the Warren Buffet
forward. My colleague got the hard copy and it weighs like 9lbs and killed 4 trees to produce it!

The Intelligent Investor also has two versions...

There is also the leather edition that also cost a cow its life.

This is also interesting. The Kindle version is $42 while the one at the Sony store is $75.

Really? they killed a cow for its leather to bind a book?

And here I thought it was to eat its meat.

Oh, yes. Leather-bound books are great collector's items. I love leather-bound books. I also have a leather chair that I put my butt on.

It wouldn't take too much solar power to charge the reader.
In fact a *solar panels the size of the book cover placed on both sides*®
would actually keep your reader charged while you read OUTSIDE.

How about attaching wind turbines on the reader?? This is do-able too!
Common Sony, we know your're listening

Wind turbines kill birds.

See, heres the thing.

No matter what you do, which source of energy you go for, there is a downside.

What's so bad, is to be swayed by minority influence and not even realize
the stack of first time posters slamming the Sony reader just in time for pre/post
launch of the fugly kindle release. One has to wonder that companys still
orchestrate bashing campaigns to make their own product seem superior
for thier own lack of innovation and or inability to appeal to the masses.

But hey,. thats just my thoughts.

It's all a matter of choice: Kindle 2 or Sony (or a different product). Figure out what features you need or want, and then determine to what extent those features are available.

The Kindle 2 is innovative and so are the Sony products, but in different features and in different ways.
