Well if you like romance in any form, check out our romance group here:

We also have a monthly book club (threads are stickied in the Reading Recommendations section), feel free to check it out! This month we are reading "Refuge," a book written by MobileRead author Richard Herley. Looks like it is going to be a good one

Cool Kindle Newbie-to-be

Greetings, all. I am currently waiting for my Kindle, which should arrive mid-March. I finally decided to get one when my piled stashes of books imploded and crushed me. Fortunately, I had one finger left with which to order. I am a compulsive reader. There, I've said it. When not reading, I write books and short pieces myself. This has not made me rich. I live in far NW WA, but am a snowbird, currently spending the winter in Morro Bay, CA. Sun! Something we don't always remember in WA. I've never so much as held an electronic reader, and being one day older than water, am barely computer literate. Well, not so much literate as sort of familiar with Word and shopping on E-Bay.
