I output both ePub and pdf outputs from it and both formats seemed to be OK, so what is the problem in using it? I am not trying to be argumentative. I am truly curious. I have downloaded LibreOffice and will install and use it, but is it really any better at producing an ePub output than Pages? |

The code from pages is not good. Even AI says to use calibre or Sigil to convert your clean source to ePub.

I forget that LibraOffice also outputs ePub.

Do not use Calibre for anything related to RTF. Its implementation is a placeholder.
Use any word processor to convert to an HTML- or XML-based format. |
