Kobo's store needs more book reviews

I utilize BookPage, Fantastic Fiction, Stop You're Killing Me websites for title announcements; I have access to Library Journal professionally so utilize it for reviews. Storygraph has been a good source to see what readers are saying about a title. (I make selections for homebound clients, Storygraph is a good way to see if the tone of a book is edgy, hardboiled or cozy for matching tastes. The content alerts are helpful for RA)

IIRC-There was some kind of annoucement from Storygraph a while back that Kobo's could be linked for reviewing on Storygraph? I haven't taken the time to explore this option.

I don't rely on book reviews on Amazon because many people write product reviews without ever reading the book in question and many reviews tend to look like this:

- Arrived on time -> 5 stars!!
- Wife asked for it and she was happy to get it -> 5 stars!!!
- Haven't read it but the cover looks pretty on my shelf -> 5 stars, would buy again!
- Arrived damaged -> 1 star
- The font is too small!! -> 1 star

etc etc

Maybe Kobo should expand their partnership with Storygraph to include book reviews?
