Yes, with firmware version 4.39.22443 the Libra Colour operates in inverted mode just like the Libra 2. The screen does not flash white when turning pages.

Thank you, Waldy. I'd returned my Kobo Libra Colour before getting your message, but I've passed on word about this being a regression from an earlier firmware that worked to Kobo.
