I use a Micro-Puff, which is flexible and can be adapted to your body or any surface. I usually use it for my bulkier, heavier e-readers, both on the sofa and in bed.

If I read in bed on my iPad Pro, I have no problem with it as it has an Apple Keyboard which is also a stand.
