Because that's not how the sample is coded. It won't display the chapter's title. It just displays Chapter 1.

I do think this is sufficient enough, and a more tighter line spacing is more visually pleasing too.
You don't need the div. get rid of it. Have the h2 do the centering.

Put a center in the class the p is using. That will keep the HTML code more streamlined.
