From what I’ve seen on Amazon’s website, it would appear that the Fig colored Scribe Colorsoft will only be released in the 64GB version as they have no information on the 32GB version.

At least we no longer need to be checking the website daily to see if it has become available for order.
Unless you live in the UK, or any country outside of the USA. We need a crystal ball to know when any Kindle Scribe Colorsoft might be available.

Well, for the U.S. at least, the launch of the fig Scribe Colorsoft seems to have gone off without a hitch. I received an email about 7:52 am CST this morning stating that it was now available and when I refreshed the Scribe Colorsoft product page, there it was ready to be ordered. So, I placed my order and it should be here tomorrow.

As of this evening it shows as still in stock so they must have plenty on hand for this part of the launch.

I just spent a few minutes with it. I was able to download a few KFX formatted books without an issue. I was unable to get KF8 to work, but it could be me. I'm sorry I don't have more time to provide details. Gotta run....

It’s now showing delivery between April and May so Amazon ran out of stock quite quickly. That means the rest of us will be waiting a lot longer than “early 2026”.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised that they were still in stock at the end of launch day, especially as the gray one seemed to have been in very short supply right away.

With the long availability dates that are listed now, it seems almost like they are only building them in batches rather than continuously producing them.

This certainly seems quite different from previous Scribe launches.

If it's true that side loaded KF8 really is not working, I'd return the Scribe.
