I downloaded the book from Anna's Archive website. I've never taken any loan of a an ebook. I either buy from Amazon or get from Anna's Archive or Libgen

Ummm.... you do realize that Anna's Archive is a pirate site? Your chances of getting any further help on MobileRead with that book are pretty much gone.
