Something got repaired.
Then ran Windows update - same error code !!

You can also try running WSReset (cache reset utility), open Search and type in wsreset.

You could also use UUP dump:

I used this to upgrade my 21h1 to 22h2 and it ran flawlessly.

edit to add: to upgrade Enterprise, you don't need to check "Windows Home". Must check "Windows Pro".

It's not very intuitive but works... Maybe check their discord for help.

(I don't know what aria2 is either, just followed the steps carefully)

I'm simply stating that it does indeed work on library books. What one chooses to do with that information is their choice. I'm not here to debate whether one should or should not, or under what circumstances somebody might.
