I'm not sure epub or any other reflowable document is a good fit for the user guide "form factor".

It was intended to be consumed on the web.

It should be trivial to convert it to a pdf using pandoc and an utf-8 aware latex like xelatex.

In that case it is a matter of converting webp to png and to specify a fallback font for all those emojis used across the guide.

Do you intend to keep working on it?

If so:
For me (on KOReader), apart from the images, the page order when simply clicking "next page" is the main issue now. (I guess the level errors in the table of contents are directly related to that.)

If you are referring to my cleanup of the User Guide as an ePub? I have no plans to work on it any further. It was just something to do while my grandchild was napping. It is pretty much a bog standard ePub so not sure why next page would cause any issues.
