Yeah, I wish there were a patch to switch to Adobe page numbers in KEPUB.

Well, you can't go to a specific page by its number on a Kobo anyway, so there wouldn't be much point.

I prefer having consistent pagination regardless of the font settings.

My font settings are always the same, I never change them. So pagination is always consistent for me, or would be if I used it for anything (which I don't - I use my customized page count in calibre for estimating the overall length, and that's it. Both Adobe and kepub page numbers are pretty much useless to me).

I would see more value in Adobe page numbers if Kobos had the option to jump to a specific page - then I might use them for finding my reading position when switching between my two Kobos. As things stand, I don't use page numbers on my Kobos at all, either Adobe or kepub.

YMMV, of course.
