That translation is wrong and makes no sense. Translating it back to English, it says "NEVER DELETE that people ..." It should be something like "NE PRÉSUMEZ JAMAIS que ..." or "NE PRÉSUPPOSEZ JAMAIS que".

My opinion on the matter: I don't bother with posts in a language I can't read that don't have a translation in the post.
