I think you can. Select the books, right-click on the Convert icon -> Create a catalog -> Catalog format:BIB

I suggest you search the Mobileread Calibre forum for Bibtex, Zotero, Mendeley etc - there are dozens of threads where they and similar issues are discussed at considerable length.

After selecting all articles/papers, you click the plugin icon and it opens a dialogue formatted this way:

If there are several titles selected, you can do Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C, because it may go off-screen.
