The priority when loading an icon is:

1. [user configuration folder]/resources/images
2. [user configuration folder]/icons-[('any', 'light', 'dark')].rcc
3. [calibre installation folder]/resources/images

Ya.. got it ... But now i my eyes are adapted to San Francisco theme... Which looks nice and elegant
